A BRIEF HISTORY
At the very beginnings of the financial crisis in early 2008, we started BKR Systems primarily to provide affordable office equipment repairs, mainly supplying onsite photocopier and printer repairs throughout London, Hertfordshire and Essex. After persistent requests from repair clients, we began supplying multi-functional printers, photocopiers and desktop printers, later that year. With a wealth of experience in the office print equipment industry spanning over 22 years, BKR Systems are equipped with expert technical knowledge of both digital print hardware and software solutions.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE
As a progressive and innovative organisation, BKR Systems is always looking to develop and improve processes, using the state of the art digital print equipment and the latest digital functions to keep one step ahead of the needs of our clients. Utilising cutting edge, device services such as remote machine monitoring, real time service notifications and remote meter reading collections, enables BKR Systems to pro-actively maintain clients devices. Remote operations give us the benefit of being able to preempt a machine fault and repair it before it’s even become an issue for the user.
We pride ourselves on our service, maintenance and attention to detail. We would like to think our clients are going to stay with us, as we never give them a reason to look elsewhere. In fact we retain over 93% of our maintenance contract clients, year on year, so our retention figures confirm our thinking.
