PRINT EQUIPMENT PURCHASE OPTIONS
OUTRIGHT PURCHASE
Outright purchasing is a one off payment for a new or refurbished device. Invoiced prior to delivery, a payment in full is then expected upon the completion of the installation. This is a popular option for smaller, refurbished devices.
LEASE & LEASE PURCHASE
With leased equipment, you can benefit from having only small, fixed payments rather than having to find a large, lump sum to pay for new devices. Another huge advantage of leasing office equipment, is the taxable benefit that you can receive due to the regular monthly payments. Every payment for leased equipment is considered a pre-tax business expense, enabling your company to deduct the entire expense from your pre tax profits.
As well as the tax benefits, leasing allows more freedom to upgrade when your business requires or when better technology or more reliable machines are released. A business that owns all of its equipment, can only upgrade by writing off the the original equipments cost and reinvesting in newer devices.

SHORT OR LONG TERM RENTAL
Tailored directly to your needs, we supply Short or Long term machine rentals, which include setup, installation for print & scanning, mobile printing, and up to 1 hour user training. As well as the tax benefits machine rental provides, it is also a way companies can obtain machines for short periods for conferences, trade shows or for any other reason you may require a short term printer or photocopier rental.
IN HOUSE FINANCE
Some newer companies can find it difficult to be agreed for finance through the normal lease or finance providers. We offer refurbished print equipment on an in house finance basis, usually on 3, 6 or 12 month term. This allows some flexibility for companies that have been refused finance in the past.
