Due to the rise of Internet email through the 90’s and the variety of digital document storage systems available today, there has been a noticeable reduction in office printing requirements. This coupled with the introduction of larger, multifunctional printers, has seen a rapid decrease in single user, desktop printers in the office environment. However, due to the convenience of these desktop devices and the relatively cheap purchase and running costs, there is still a large market for printers and repairs.


Our service technicians have a wealth of knowledge on all manufacturers of desktop, multifunction and floor standing printers. From simple print quality issues to major system error codes, our engineers can repair your device quickly and efficiently, whilst creating minimal disruption to your staff work flows. With tablet computers on hand, loaded with PDF service manuals, printer parts manuals and machine schematics, we can fault find, diagnose and ultimately repair the most complicated of faults, usually whilst onsite. If a spare part is required, we carry a large range of printer spare parts with us. However, if we have to order a spare part, we will not charge a return call out fee when the engineer returns to fit it (RTF). With every call out repair completed, our service engineer will carry out a full preventative maintenance service, noting all parts, consumables or areas of the machine that may require attention in the future. All this information will be sent back to our office, scanned and emailed to you along with the invoice for the job. This information can help build a reliable service history, to assist with the on going maintenance of your printer.


All repairs are covered by a 30 day onsite guarantee. It’s not often we get things wrong but there are times when we complete a repair and just a few days later the client is experiencing the same issue again. If the original repaired fault reemerges within 30 days of the repair, we will return to site completely free of charge.
